We are seeking 3-5 Years of experience Accounts and Payroll Executives to join our Company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company’s financial transactions, accounts, and payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, payroll, and financial management, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting :
  • Manage the day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial data into the accounting system.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management.
Payroll Processing:
  • Administer the payroll process for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain employee records, including salary details, benefits, and tax information.
  • Prepare and process payroll payments.
  • Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate payroll tax deductions and filings.
  • Assist with audits and provide required documentation as necessary.
  • Ensure timely payment of invoices and resolve any billing discrepancies.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts and payroll Executive, preferably in an IT company.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be an Individual contributor as well as able to work as a part of a Team.

Preferable :

  • Relevant Certification in accountancy.
  • Familiarity with HR processes.

As an Experienced Chartered Accountant, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the financial aspects of our organization. You will work closely with the finance and other departments to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, efficient financial management, and the strategic growth of the company.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop, maintain, and update financial models and forecasts.
  • Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and variance analysis.
  • Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies for cost optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and file tax returns and other statutory reports.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and provide guidance to the organization.
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Coordinate and support both internal and external audits.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
  • Review and enhance financial policies and procedures as necessary.

Requirements & Skills :

  • A qualified CA having experience of 3-4 years.
  • Thorough knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax/ compliance / Accounts payable / Financing regulations.
